Before making a purchase, it is important to check the type of window, confirm mounting options, and measure the window frame size to order the correct size. We appreciate accurate measurements and careful orders from our customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Installation and Measurement: For inside mount, a minimum frame depth of 3 inches is required. Please provide the exact measurement of the window width on the custom form, rounded to the nearest 1/8 inch. We will deduct 1/4 inch from the measurement provided. For outside mount, the width and height of the shade should be 4 inches wider than the window measurements. Please provide the exact measurement of the desired shade on the customization form.
• Customized Zebra Shades: Zebra Window Shades can be customized. To access the customization options, click on the "Customize Now" button located in the top right corner. Follow the provided instructions to customize your blinds. We will contact each customer to double-check their customization information. Please keep an eye on our Amazon message or your email inbox. If you have any specific issues, you can contact us through Amazon message.
